It’s not just the Genie’s job anymore. You, too, can help to make wishes become a reality for people that really need them. Join the #FriendLikeMe campaign to create opportunities for people to experience some of their own incredible wishes.

Unfortunately, many children suffer from debilitating and life-threatening illnesses. These same children have dreams. We often feel like we’re powerless to do much to help improve their lives in a meaningful way. With Disney, Aladdin, Make-a-Wish, and Will Smith, that is no longer the case.

From April 29th through May 24th, 2019, all you have to do is simply tag #FriendLikeMe in a public post on Instagram or Twitter. For each one, Disney will donate $5, up to a massive $1 million contribution to the Make-a-Wish Foundation. This money will go toward granting the wishes of children all around the world.

Disney’s Aladdin Presents the #FriendLikeMe Challenge with Make-a-Wish

Disney and Make-a-Wish have quite a history by now helping to make children’s dreams come true. On their official website, Make-a-Wish writes about this fantastic connection:

Since 1980, Disney has helped Make-A-Wish grant more than 130,000 wishes – experiences that not only brighten lives for a special moment, but also help wish kids and their families replace fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope.

So, what are you waiting for? Go on over to the Twitter or Instagram to share a post with the tag #FriendLikeMe. Tag a friend to make sure they get the news, too! It’s now our job to be the genies that these children need to get their wishes.

Have a magical day.
