Here’s everything we know so far about the new Marvel series coming to Disney Plus:

• It will feature Nick Fury.
• Samuel L. Jackson will play his now-iconic role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
• After WandaVision, Falcon and Winter Soldier, and many others, the new TV show is sure to be a huge hit with Marvel comic book and movie fans.

What Is the Plot of the Nick Fury Show on Disney Plus?

According to Variety Magazine, “The exact plot details of the show are being kept under wraps.”

This is understandable (and expected), given how secretive the Disney and Marvel movie plots are for most of the pre-production period.

However, Variety goes on to write that “multiple sources say Jackson is attached to star with Kyle Bradstreet attached to write and executive produce. Like all the other Marvel shows at Disney Plus, Marvel Studios will produce.”

What Marvel Movies and TV Shows Does Samuel L. Jackson Play Nick Fury?

Samuel L. Jackson is now widely and iconically known as the ringleader of Marvel’s Avengers team.

In the MCU, Jackson has portrayed the one-eyed Nick Fury many, many times, including

• Iron Man (first appearance, post-credits)
• Avengers: Endgame (climax of current MCU)
• Captain Marvel (back in time)
• Spider-Man: Far from Home (he was impersonated at length by major Skull characters from Captain Marvel – see the clip below)
• Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Television series on ABC)

What Marvel TV Shows Are Coming to Disney+?

There are so many Marvel TV series coming to Disney Plus, and even more Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movies coming down the pipeline. More every month, it seems like!

So many, in fact, that it can be more than a little difficult to actually keep track of all of them…

So, here’s the full list of what’s coming (so far), along with some tentative release dates. With the current state of the world, movie releases have gone way off schedule. Because of this, I wouldn’t exactly pen these in the calendar quite yet.
