Note: Due to the number of devices on which you can use Disney+, we will have to use general descriptions when specifics are not available. Thankfully, a lot of technology these days uses similar wording and settings, so the advice below should work for most people.
Step #1 — Close out of Disney Plus on your device.
In order to do this, you may need to “Force Quit”.
On an iPhone or iPad, you simply “swipe up” and the app will close itself automatically.
Step #2 — Delete Disney Plus off of your device.
Some devices will allow you to delete the app from the device entirely.
On a Samsung TV, you will need to remove it from the Home row.
For iPads and iPhones, you will need to “press and hold” and tap on Delete to remove the app from your device completely.
Step #3 — Reinstall Disney+ on your device.
Go to the App Store or app search settings and search for Disney Plus.
Re-install Disney+ on your phone, tablet, TV, Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, or other streaming device.
Step #4 — Sign back into your account.
Open the Disney Plus app again after reinstalling and sign back into your account.
According to reports online, this will very likely solve the issue.

How to Log Out of ALL DEVICES on Disney Plus

Disney+’s device log-out feature can help you log out of your Disney+ account on multiple devices at once. This can be helpful when you’d like to end all sessions, might have forgotten to sign out on another device, or want to better manage your account’s usage.
To use this feature, follow the steps below.
To log out on all devices:
– Ensure that you are logged in to Disney+
– Click on your ‘Profile’ in the upper right corner (lower right on mobile devices)
– Under the ‘Account Details’ section, click on “Log out of all devices”
Enter your current password and click “Log out”
You will be immediately logged out of your current device. Please allow up to 4 hours to ensure that this worked for all other devices.
You will also receive the option to log out on all other devices whenever you:
– Change your password

How to Fix Logging Out on a Computer
If you are streaming on a computer or laptop, you may want to “clear your cache,” “remove cookies,” and “delete web history.”
In Firefox or Google Chrome, for example…
You need to click the menu bar item for preferences.
